Teach your dog to respond when you call on the name

Dogs remember important mono or bisyllabic, with a great sound, hence the name should be short. eg ball, Rex.

In general it is recommended to use a command consists of a single word, eg Sit!, Here!, Command with the name of the dog: ball, here. It is better to set to work formulas such as "Come to mama!", "Come here!" and so on, because they confuse the dog.

When you give a command, you must be firm but not hard and it is good to reward your dog when you execute well, with comfort or food.

But with patience and perseverance you can train your puppy. The dog should not be scolded again when responding to command, even if made before any silly.
